ok i got a 75 watt blue light bulbs that cost me $6 bucks at the local hardware store but appearently there too hot for my plants so i tried using household cfl lights that have 13 watt 120v 60hz 200ma 3000k what does this mean i think i know what the k mean, does it stand for lumens or whater...
