Who would you advise to use genetics wise

If you open it up it's solid green with a little white thing in it

This is my second grow and I've started to notice the calyxs on my plants and wanted to know if yall think it's hermmied or pollinated. All of the calyxes are hard but have a slight give(I have no clue how they should feel) all of my plants have them (all of them are lemon kush) any knowledge...

I looked at the date of the fist picture I took of them and the date was June 28th when they first popped up

yes but I'm not sure exactly how much to use on just 3 plants

Ok so here's what I got, my plant is on CFL lights, the strain is White Widow. At first it was fine and was the strongest and showed the most growth and everything. It's about a month and a half old. I'm growing it along with 2 other plants of a different strain in the same environment. I know...
