Thanks hulk, so i think i am going to build my own ebb and flow with a four by four tray above the res, how many plants would this area be sufficient to grow? also i was wondering do i fill up the top tray with hydroton or just place individual pots in the tray filled with the medium . thanks...

so is the sog method just spacing your plants out every two weeks? i cant find a ebb and flow blueprint i want to use and i dont wanna pay the store price can anyone help me out?
