Looks good man keep up the good work. Idk about having only half the board on the heat sink how that will effect the boards over time hopefully it works out for you.

I have done pump motor alignments with dial indicators, or roto lazer, installed robots , turbines. Mechanical is my game but electricity I known enough to get into trouble.

I would think It would be more for open room my self. Tent I don't think reflectors would be as effective.

@robin @Stephenj37826 Iam doing a qb build I got 8 qb 304s 2x 320-2800b. 4 boards per driver. I have a 36in X 48in 5052 1/8 inch aluminum sheet. What size screws will work for the qbs I didn't get any screws lows home depot only have #4s no #3s.

Is .125 or 1/8th inch aluminum thick enough to tap? Would m3 screws work?
