The seeds were Platimun Gorilla Cookies from Swarley. No pics since I chopped it immediately but plenty of ‘nanners, definitely a male.

Of getting a male out of a pack of feminized seeds If the seeds are truly feminized? Because that’s what recently happened to me. Definitely a male, which was a shame because of course it was the most vigorous.

Decided to try the remaining two seeds. Moist paper towel method - nothing. Ten duds.....

I use rooting cubes (like Rapid Rooters). Always get good germination.

Seed bank A: England Seed bank B: England I’ve ordered from both in the past (coming to the central US). Orders go through Langley HWDC on the English side for both. Seed bank A always goes through the Chicago ISC. Seed bank B always goes through the New York ISC. Why???

Update: Tried germinating three more - three more duds. Two freebie seeds germinated in days under the same conditions. No more Big Buddha for me...

Out of a pack of 10 of King Kong 5 have been duds. Never had such bad results. In contrast 5 out of 5 Gorilla Glue #4 germinated within 3 days, growing well.

Had a tent, about 36x36x78 out in the shed. Go out to check everything - disaster. Light down but still on, resting on four plants and cooking them. Cooked them real good. At first I thought a chain had broken - nope. Ratchet failed? Nope. This was a typical tent made from a light tubing...
