  • thanks man and it cost $220 and it hurt like a bitch haha
growing outside is difficult you have to keep a close eye on the plant
for me it was a lil easier than most people
i live in fl and a place where it rains a good amount but not too much
so if you want to go explorer mother nature go for it
    and good luck!
3)I have never grown outdoors before, but i heard new growers are supposed to start outdoors and then go to indoor growing, I haven't had a spot to grow outdoors until recently so that was never a option. So sorry to ramble on, wish me luck!
2)our summer season might officially end but it stays warm here until late October, early November. Sometimes it is even fairly warm in December here. I live in North Carolina by the way, about 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach, SC. It was 101 degrees F yesterday with the heat index, so hot and sticky! Is that a good environment for Marijuana? I know they like sun and heat and a certain humidity level, I am just worried it may be too humid down here for them. Will they survive if I rid a auto-watering and nute-feeding system? and got a sprinkler to come on hooked to a timer and only stays on for whatever i set it, would this be sufficient or should I just do and Outdoor Hydroponic system so I wouldn't have to worry about the heat and my plants getting burned and shrivel up. I know they love sun but also wouldn't some shade be good to protect them from getting burned by the direct sun light?
1)Everyone. I am going to be starting a new grow soon. I am going to continue my low watt HPS and CFLs mix grow but I am going to experiment with the world of growing outdoors! I was thinking about a small indica strain for outdoors so keeping them short and bushy and using the SOG or SCROP or LST methods I can keep them low to the ground instead of having 6 and 7 ft. giants, which are much easier to spot. Anyways, wish me luck! Of course I am going to do a test crop with bag seeds from all the good smoke, I never throw away a seed! I will get them started under a 70 watt HPS for 3 weeks and then transplant them (they will be in rockwool cubes so that will help with transplant shock and I can just place them right into the ground and the roots will grow through the rockwool. Then next time I will invest in some Feminized seeds if I can squeeze 2 harvests in this season, If I get a feminized auto flowering strain and they are done from seed to harvest in 48 to 60 days for some strains.
