I'd say change your lighting when U see the white pistols. Wouldn't feed any nutes earlier thn a month or until it begins to flower. As far as transplanting, if u choose to do it that way, which has seemed to be the best way for me because it makes you less likely to over water the way U might...

How far from the top of that bucket is the soil? I may just not be able to see it, but if u didn't fill the potting mix fairly close to the top, what was your reasoning for it....I'm just curious.

I'd either buy 4 more 100w cfls (if funds allow because it's only for a week) or keep the 4 U have right up on them and set that hps a little higher than U normally would and run it too....I'm sure they would be ok with U mixing a little red and blue, at least for a week....anything to get more...
