I’d lean toward magnesium deficiency judging by purple stems, taco leafs, older fan leaves. Also maybe nutrient burn or lockout...

I would agree. Stretch is generally 2 to 3 times the height of the plants when you flip to 12/12.

Likely the alkalinity of your tap water. As far as PH vs lockout you could have correct PH but the ratio of nutrients could be off...

Hydrogen peroxide is a cheap way to clear it up. Forget the ratio but can be found fairly easily. Could use pool shock to keep it away...
