i need a few long airtight tubes. Fill with Argon (which pushes O2 out) and seal. Providing it's airtight and the bud is cured to perfection, this should make the potency last for many tens of years. Thanks for the idea!

ok, simple solution then. Store under an inert atmosphere, such as argon. Get some welding argon, slowly blow the gas into the jar containing the buds. This will push all the O2 out of the jar, leaving argon which is heavier than air (inert). This may help.
