Absolutely. They are not male pollen sacks though, 100% From female plants, and the picture you drew is exactly it. They are covered in trichomes. What the heck are they!

All I know is, Damn it was a nice smooth bowl. That bowl was like a fine silk. Wish they weren't so rare. I'd love to roll a J outta those.
