When my plant started to show similar signs it was from over watering. I also agree with JT, it wouldnt hurt to put it in a bigger pot. Are you using any nutes? what soil?

Thanks for the advice everyone! heres an update. My plant is growing great and I just switched to 12/12. Im pretty sure it was a combination of my accidental over nuteing and over watering heres some pics
