i dont mind using non standard fittings as long as theyr fairly easily to obtain and will run fine off the uk voltage?

i had some look like that a long time ago, i couldnt work it out as to what had caused it specifically but i guessed poor lighting conditions so i changed all bulbs etc for new 1s and never had it since?!

yeah that was the next thing i need to know as iv never tried it before, just HOW do you keep a plant for a mother plant? how long can it be kept for? etc etc.....time to get reading again i guess lol

Iv been looking all morning and im struggling to find high wattage CFL bulbs in the uk. In the us i can fink them upto 800watt equivalent (think it was about 85w) but all i can find in the uk is upto 250w. Anybody in the uk got ideas where i can find big CFL's? will the us based ones work...

Good news!! 1 of the 4 stella blues had germinated rather nicely yesterday so i now have that in a rockwool starter and 1 of the Neville's Haze has also germinated rather quickly!! will check the rest later

ok so im all set up and basically running my DWC set up but............ is RDWC more beneficial?? more hassle?? RDWC has never stood out to me before but it looks like the same set-up and running equipment of my DWC with the addition of a water pump and some more piping etc. but my query...

iv done soil before and watched a few friends do dwc so am feeling fairly confident on giving it a go, bit to late now rooms are built and everything plumbed up lol!!!
