Low stress training, you can look it up on here. What u do is tie down your plant and bend it. Tie it near the top and then tie it down so that it's bending,not to much you don't want to break the stem, this trains your plant to grow that way and all your lower branches will start to grow up...

Lookin good bro, Id also recommend LST'ing the tall one, tie it near the top and bend it down a bit. Then you could move them all closer to your major light source.
