I agree with that your light bill should be no where near that my bill is 212 and im running a/c a lizard tank with three diff. lights and a fish tank plus the box with 8 cfl's

you want something that's not going to over due it like 20-20-20 ive seen in the threads seems to work good in veg. stage but changes to something different when you go to flowering stage

Add a outtake fan at the top somewhere and add a intake fan at the bottom. Also what are you growing inside of? I have 8 cfls 4 of them are 6500k and 4 are 3500k running on two power strips and inside a cardboard box. I havnt used anything but miracle grow soil and compost soil.

Well I cant really hang the lights any other way. I was thinking about adding another powerstrip and another fan. I water every other day only at night time.
