Saying that a PH of 9 is just giving wrong information, I have been growing for a long time and have never come across any hydro grower who lets their PH drift up to 9.
They don't look to bad mate just a slight deficiency.
If you have been running your PH levels high I would advise you to empty the res and fill up with fresh water, then adjust EC and PH levels accordingly.
