Whats the difference between this and a purpose built 400w indoor light exept the reflector it has a ballast an runs on the same voltage? why only one plant?

I'm going this route because i'm running a spur of a ring main and I was told if I use this it wont overload the spur. if that makes any sense I'm really just going off advice from other people? if you have any advice to offer me it is greatly appreciated. :confused:

IM ok with wiring the sockets its the main board im worried about when i got it there wasnt any earth wires? can anyone give me any tips? all help is appreciated thanks.

Hi this might be a stupid question but i have been given a 400w outdoor floodlight and i wondered if it could be used in a grow room or would there be heat issues ? thanks in advance.
