do you have any ducting on the exhaust side of the fan. my fan is very loud as well but when I added about 5 feet of vent on the other end of the fan it really muffled the noise down.

First off I consider myself a newbe however I have never heard of using such a light schedule. Have you conciderd using hydro, I only say cause pretty much everything is running off of timers. of course you'll still have to check ph and do your training but it would give you much more...
