65 watt with that many lumens? i would just stick with multiple cfls... i just recently had the dumb idea of using a 65 watt flood light on my plants, it was about 6 inches away. 2 hours later I came on to search the forums to see if it was a bad idea and everyone was saying no to flood lights...

Hey thanks for the input! Good news though, i just went back to my shed to look around and found a full bag of shultz perlite! What do you guys recommend, transplanting with perlite only, or mixing it with the existing soil?

Ok this is a total noob question but since MJ technically needs only a medium to grow in and then additional nutrients which you add, can i go dig a hole in my backyard and use that soil for growing? I can only find miracle grow or scotts soil where i live and the scotts i am using has too many...

That is an awesome grow. I'm really interested in AG and i'm curious how tall were they when you started flowering? Height is really the problem and no way could one plant get 5 feet lol. I'm guessing it is a sativa though?
