The cups they are in are clear and when I water them the soil looks pretty much entirely dry through the cups by then. Is it possible I just over water it this one time or should I water them less frequently, maybe once every 4 days instead of 3?

This is my first time growing and the setup is indoors with 1 125watt 6500k CFL about 4 inches from the plants, 2 pc fans for intake and exhaust as well as a co2 canister pumping a small amount of co2 into the box. For now the box they are in is lined with foil, but i was planning on using mylar...
