    Springs Dank Clubs

Why would you want to pay somebody just to bring and smoke your own stash? I guess it's cool to be able to, but doesn't seem very practical.

To all that think they're just gonna pick up and move to Co and make their fortune

Growing quality product is only the first part. You also have to be able to run a business in one of the toughest regulatory environments that exists. Many excellent growers failed that second piece in the Medical Marijuana green rush. Numerous others closed due to excessive competition and...

    Amendment 64

Intelligence and logic are unrelated. Logic is a process or formulation. You stated that voting for A64 would bolster business in a Medical Marijuana Dispensary, when actually it will probably force it into decline. You conclusion that A64 would be good for business was incorrect because you...

    Amendment 64

3 reasons: They failed to get their initiative on the ballot and therefore all other initiatives suck. They can't grow it in their basement and sell it on the street. They have established Medical Marijuana businesses and don't want the retail competition. Like brewing beer, you can brew it...

    Amendment 64

As a business owner I would be wise to vote against it. When patients can shop without having to pay for a doctor's rec, pay the state fees, or get into a database, why would that go through all that hassle and expense ? 64 will probably kill off Medical Marijuana centers because they will not...

    Amendment 64

Your opinion that a dispensary owner would benefit from the passing of 64 is wrong. As a business owner I would be compelled to vote against this bill to keep business as usual. Patients will likely not re-up their red cards if this passes. That will cause massive decline in the current...

    Amendment 64

You are either misinformed or intentionally trying to distort the truth. On the site where you grow your meds, you can possess ALL THAT YOU GREW at that location, NO 1oz rule. The 2oz for petty offense is still in force after this passes, but applies to away from where you grew your plants. 1...

    Urgent Question about Red Card

If the state released data from the registry there will be solid grounds for a very large lawsuit.

what are prices like in CO??

MMIG yes. Your disconnect is associating all dispensaries with that mess.

what are prices like in CO??

Oh my bad, I thought you were talking in present day values. "Back in the day" EVERYBODY was making bank, it wasn't just the dispensaries. If your friends were slinging lbs at 2k, they were low balling. Prices were much higher for growers back then. 3k, 3400 was super easy for quality...

what are prices like in CO??

Through forces generated from the changing legislative and legal environment, caregivers like you and I were forced to make decisions. The decision was basically go big or go small. Rather than boot our 25+ pre 1284 patients to the curb we opted to continue forward and go the dispensary route...
