Im going to have a tent inside the garage to have better control of the enviornment. So is it best to keep the tent cool? Or the garage? Or both?

Hey, I'm getting ready to start growing in this new space(garage) I've came across and it has no A/C unit in it. I was wondering what are my options when it comes to keeping my grow area cool?

I Have a clone bucket that spits water on the cuttings kind of like a EZ Cloner but just in a 5 gallon bucket...but yea I just re-dipped them then let the gel sit on the stems for about 10 mins so they can absorb the gel then i turned the sprinkler on
