you have about 3 weeks still, most the pistils(white hairs) are white and sticking up, you want a majority of the hairs brown/amberish tinted. wait till the pistils change colors, and start to lower their "posture"(in otherwords, they stick up less) ontop of it, most the resin glands look clear...

try putting a ziplock bag full of soil around the bottom of the cup. or you could place your cup inside a slightly bigger cup with soil in it that way the roots can spread. keep us updated:)
