looks like a pretty crazy setup for cfl's, but hey if your plants like it than thats chill, you might need to add more when they start to fill out to get light to the lower branches.

hey big shay, my first grow i used cfl's, the buds came out pretty dank but not too chunky, you def need some hps shit to make chunky budz, but if cfl's are the only thing you can run without sketchin out your landlord than you will be fine, maybe start the veg inside and finish outside...

Get some flexible dryer ducting and run it to a inline fan, drop the ducting down between your lights and that way you can vent hot air, keep other fans pumping in new air from the outside, good luck.

Get a 400 w mh to hps conversion ballast, if you could afford it get a vented intercooled ballast to keep temps down. good luck
