I have this closet its about 4x6 i want to grow 3-4 plants using a 400w mh and a 75w hps light system. I have 4 PC fans and one oscillating fan. My main concern is getting new air into the closet what should i do?

Yeah i just don't wanna purchase a expensive bulb if i can get a good grow started out of 30 bucks and then upgrade to a hps conversion bulb when i get more cash I'm strapped for cash at the moment. But if I'm just gonna produce garbage then ill wait till i can afford a respectable bulb.
