Sorry to tell you this but to me that looks a lot like tobacco mosaic disease... or one of the mosaic diseases... untreatable and deadly to your whole garden... get it out of there!!! Dont reuse the soil!! if you smoke ciggys wash your hands before touching plants!!

Have a look in the seedbank review forum, there is a thread in there called "seeds to Au" i think guy from AU in there with a few he has used. I use everyonedoesit.com. Just do small orders and use normal airmail, send to a mates house you trust..

Should be shooting for about 25c-29c i think thats about 79f... your have to look that one up to make sure :) But then again i havent grown from seed for about 10 years so.... :) Good luck though!!!! dont give up on them...
