I know when in doubt wait but I really thought it was ready a week ago. Its killing me wondering should I or should I not harvest.

I was thinking about starting to harvest my plant tonight and I was wandering if my plant was even ready? Please give me your comments and input on what I should do, how long I should wait and if I am even ready to start. thank you.

I have 2 2ft florescent t5s and 3 daylight bulbs 100w each what is wrong with that setup? Or how many plants is that enough light to grow? Am i even on the right track?
