ok so my sativa is taking forever and i am fine with it the only thing i have a question about is: If some of the buds lower on the plant flower and are ready to be picked sooner than the top should i snip them off or what for the main stock to continue to flower until it looks like the lower...

i remixed up soil, put in an exhaust fan, and have got a meter to read temp and humidity. temp about 70-80 humidity 55-60. distilled water w/ epsom to help balance soil ph. should be ok?
