yea once their light source has changed, they kinda freak out. I would've kept both lights on it with the MH farther away than the HPS to get them use to the new source. or only keep the MH on for a couple hours when youre feedin them light. I'm sure theyre fine and like ganjo said, get some...

yea its trying to get to light, dude. you COULD save it, maybe, just need to get some soil around the majority of that stem and water it down some. if it starts turning green again after a couple days than (with closer light), more than likely you saved it.
