hi, So I bought an apollo ufo light off of amazon. 180w model. I'm 3 weeks into veg and using nypd seeds from nirvana. Results are ok. I think that the coverage is good. I have 2 plants in a small grow box about 40" tall and 24" wide 15" deep. The big benefit to me was the temps are way down...
