lights about 25inch above with reasonable ventilation, and roots were coming out bottom of pete pots when placed in bubbler. The heat is to high, but it doesn't explain the purple underside of leaves.

i got some barneys blue cheese going, all just sprouting second pair of true leaves. I germinated them in pete pots surrounded by clay pebbles. I am using a bubbler system and all seemed to be going well untill a two of them started looking weak. They have a definate purple colouration...
