Yea it's still a bit early to tell.. The small roots may have just ended up in a concentrated spot of nitrogen or some other nutrient.... If ur roots become developed fast I wouldn't worry about it

That main stem is really droopy ..In a soil container I'd say over watering but idk about hydro.... The other leaves seem ok...If plant is still growing add a stick to tie the plant to it
