approx how much should i raise to maybe 3 teaspoons? i really dont have a clue.

the nutes that i use is a two part solution part a / b. A is for the vegetative growth and then part b is for bloom. Bottle A has 3.00% nitrogen Bottle b has 1.00% nitrogen i only put two teaspoons of 'A' in a gallon of water and gave it to the girls.

i did give them both epsom salt roughly 2 months in.. what do i need to do to bring up the n levels?
