Yeah if you having bud rot in my experience it only gets worse, id chop and dry and cure and hope for the best it spreads fast and those rainy conditions will bring high humidity even in the garage , unfortunately I’d say chop! In the future I’d go with a faster flowering more on the indica side...

Also forsure have thrips , you could use a pm wash when you harvest , I see you have planter boxes with a bunch of mulch and thrips thrive in that kind of environment and in grass and bushes .

You my friend might need to chop early in those conditions , as well as looking at that picture that could be bud Rot, not to mention with those wet conditions and humidity you run the risk of mold as well!
