Best thing is don't do it. I used to smoke heavy when I was younger but I have been clean for over 10 years. To be honest I was just partying to hard and relapse. Never again!

Yep engine mechanic to be exact here in Nevada nawl im starring from the bottom as a cleaner. Bottom line is i don't smoke and made a very dumb decison to smoke that night. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!
