I was mentally addicted to it for about a year or so, but then again I could afford it. Now I'm OK if I don't smoke for a week or so. I do get the sweaty back and my hunger is curbed for about 3-4 nights but thats all the symptoms I get.

I take 2 weeks off then smoke one weekend then take 2 weeks off. I do that for a few weeks then go back to my normal smoking all the time schedule.
