look on the bottom side of the leaf , lots of lil white spots? mite infested?

some white spots i notice on the tops of leaves. check under the bottoms of the leaves above for mites. also I noticed the soil pulling away from the side of one of the pots which seems to show lack of timely water? Im new so take my posts with a bit of hmmm.. I love this site btw filled with...
