Is 15-30-15 plant food ok to use on my plants? Its says add 1 taplespoon to one gallon of water so how much should i give them?

So this is my first grow and i messed up pretty bad because i didnt have the knowledge of growing...but i figured id try to save these two cause their trying to flower, but i needto know if theres any way i can get them to bush up still hile their flowering? Unfortunately i cant get any nutes...

So this plant is weird, instead of having one big stem with other stems branching off of it....my plant branches off at the top into 2???? iv never seen this befor...no other leaves are coming out of the top...plus no signs of male or female....whats wrong with it?

do you know anything about the one plant growing to 2 diff directions? and whats hermie?
