you can keep these cfl's which you have are probably only 25w or 26w cfl bulbs equivalent to a 100w incandescent at no closer than 2 - 3 inches away! make sure you don't forget to raise them or check to raise them everyday or everyother and keep proper ventilation on the plants you'll be good!

Make sure you cover the empty pod holes so light don't get into the resovoir!
