looks like it might be your pots. the roots might be getting pot bound. transplant them into a bigger container. 1 gallon of soil for every month the plant is alive. Normal buckets do a good job, cheap, black and 3 gallons. Just make some drainage holes. I have 4 plants in 4 buckets atm. If not...
