I don't have a fan other then the extracting fan and carbon filter, should I get one?

So here is what I've done, I moved them to a wilma because their roots got too big for the aerogarden, lowered the temp to 28 Celsius, ec 1.2, ph 6 But they still look the same if not slightly worse :( Please help!

the lights were about 45 cm away, the temp is around 28 degrees when lights on, and I do have a ventilating system. I did put a couple of drops of ph down before I went to sleep! can that be the case? if so what should I do?? I changed the water in the res this morning when I saw the plant so I...
