With autoflower's, it usually means 70 days from sprout to finish. In soil medium, longer for coco and hydro. Soil plants will finish much faster than soiless or hydro, they get extended veg time over soil.

I always used str8 perlite on bottom to the drain hole, and str8 rinsed coco to the top. I had to water twice daily to keep them moist.

Yes, the gals in the tent are on round 2. Literally harvested, left all the fan leaves and branches on top of soil, top dressed and plugged a seedling within an hour of harvest.

The OMFC I use has a small amount of wood chips. The wood chips break down too, just a lot slower. A small amount of wood is beneficial, too much and things might get wonky. Compost is the most important part of the soil, so you want premium compost. Box stores don't have anything worth a shit...

Mine came in the oly mountain fish compost that I use for top dressing. Rove beetles, centipede looking bugs, tiny little critters, and nematodes. Also neem cake meal and karanja meal will prevent pests, while feeding your plants.
