I saw that as well but mine are around 38 days now and examining around the brancches there are more and more pistles with very small and hard to see white hairs slowly forming, I hope this is the sign she is beginning to start budding.
Looking good so far, I have some afghan kush ryders that are around 35 days now, they are beginning to change colour now on top , going slightly reddish found two white hairs in the top leaves but nothing on the other plant yet. They grow very big id say mine are over 16 inches now..
Cheers, I move them around every couple of hours to ensure a better coverage, I was looking at adding another 20w to the setup for some more lumens, I think for the size of grow area the lumen output is sufficient?
Hi there, I have started another grow recently. I start all my plants off inside a modified pc case, I have two 35w cfl (125w real wattage) one Daylight and One soft 2700k, they give off 1550lumens each.
I have one durban poison and one lowryder x afghan kush growing under these. One week in...
haha im blind :)
Will be keeping them under a 175w daylight cfl for the first few weeks to get them going then hopefully we get a good summer... :wall:
I have skunk #1 growing outside the last while. I am interested in seeing how it will end up with the weather we get. The biggest problem you and I will face is it finishing before the onset of the winter frosts..
Irish grower here, just put them outside the last few days and they are doing well so far. The rain is the killer here. Hopefully this summer will be better...
Got them all repotted in larger pots and buried upto witing an inch of their heads.. under the lights now inside an old pc case...
Only one inch above leaves and already in under 12 hours the leaves grown amazingly well!
The hermies was the bit I was worried about! Will replant tomorrow anyway and put them under a more instensive light regime. The other seedlings thankfully are doing a lot better due to proper light from the start.
Thanks for all the info everyone.
I currently have them now under two 20w 6400k cfl and the lghts two inches above, the other seedlings are staying a more normal distance but sadly these two were abandoned for a few days due to having to be away at a bad few days.
They will be going outside soon though, in under two weeks when...
