Clones I have are pretty big even after trimming then up. Have ~60 clones in the cloner total. It's a 70 site. They are crammed in there pretty tight. I was told it won't be an issue as long as the stems are in the cubes as they should be. Also. Is 7.5 PH too high? Didn't adjust the ph at all...

The jiffy stays pretty wet. Not sure if that will cause stem rot or any problems like that. Kinda worried about it.

makes sense. so basically just have the peat cube an inch or two above flood level so roots can reach water, but peat doesn't constantly stay wet.

Very useful info. Thank you. Tap PH here is 8.0, which has never affected growth before. So I think that's fine. Room temperature is ~75 with a humidity of ~20%. I gave them around 6-7 tablespoons per pot before I read your post. 1 quart pots. Pretty much just dampened the top of the soil.
