Sorry man but leds are great u just gotta make sure the diode angle, band, wavelength and spectrum are correct. The cheap 14 w led panels use make just more lumens than a cfl only its 95 percent efficient. However those 1w diode do not penetrate canopy well. Use those panels as side lighting...
