IME, harvesting a couple weeks early is much more harmful than harvesting a couple weeks late, as long as your fan game is dialed in and you dont get mold. I definitely get better results when I harvest on the later side, but have never done side by side tests. I should.

How many? It's natural for the lower 1/3 to slowly lose its fan leaves, especially the stem ones. Unless you have problems in the top 2/3of the plant, I wouldn't worry.

Big buds isnt always a good thing. They look fox tail-y and unhealthy. I'm guessing you overdid nutes- probably a Ph thing, maybe a nutrient thing. Try doing half of what you did next time, and only add more if it really needs it. Bare minimum is always best. They could end up looking ok, hard...
