12/12 Thats what you want. Get some 6000kelvin true blue bulbs. Those 5000k and the hallide are the red tint you want that for flowering, veg is all about blue spectrum.

i would say indica becuase of the wide fan leaves and the short bushyness. Sativas have skinny fan leaves and grow tall not as bushy. Normally there are always exceptions and also it could be a mix of the two.

you might need a bigger area for one. never tried the folitech sorry. but i use nutrients made by bloom and that stuf works pretty well.

Those lights need to be on all 24 hours before veg, especially if you are just using a flouresent or cfl. i run mine all 24 to start under 400 watt hps and up.
