    The above is only a guide, improve your recipe with use. Seems to work OK for tomatoes, but needs tweeking.

    You can use, used coffee, blended up banana peels and bone meal (you can make your own or you can use fish bone and blend them into smaller pieces). All below amounts (left side) are per gallon of medium. If you offset the seaweed and just use more banana, you should be able to grow for free...
