This depends on City's regulations. In Miami for example you need at least 3 people to report you to the police before they can get a warrant. Not everywhere is the same.

You show that you are a resident for more than a year by showing a date-marked bill (eletric, water...Anything) with a CA address and your name.

Cfl's? No not really. I figured it would be more efficient to go with hps or led.

I'm mainly worried about heat. I'm sure the 250w hps would gay way hotter than the 90w led. Has anyone here grown with UFO LEDs (or similar) and switched over to HPS (or equivalent) lighting? I see a lot of threads of people using LEDs but they're using cheap ebay stuff, not the $400-600 LED...

now these ufo led setups says they push light equivalent to a 400w hps... now I'm sure that could be exagerated but I thought maybe it would be at least be better than a 250w hps. So what advantage does the HPS have over the UFO led. How about compared to the procyon and Light Blaze 400?
