How cold does it get in the winter where you are. May be next to impossible to keep them hot enough. I'd try to find somewhere inside, even in a garage or something if I were you. HPS lighting will be alot hotter than cfl's, but still won't keep them hot enough alone.

Yes, yes, yes you need a fan for intake. Make sure that your exaust fan sucks out more than your intake pulls in. You can exaust into the same room, as long as your tent is sealed tight, but I'd throw some sort of filter in front of your intake fan then to make sure that crap dosen't get in...

Just make sure that your intake fan dosen't suck in more than your inline fan and exaust fan push out. That was my mistake.
