there are no neighbors to see, smell is not a problem, security is not a problem. So you think I can just use a few oscillating fans and no inline fan? or no blowers? the light 1000 HPS does not need to be air cooled then cuz there will be lots of air coming in from the window??

I am looking to buy a 4" vortex for $50 i will be using a 600 watt HPS with a mover in a 9 by 4 foot area will a 4" get the job done ??? or should i look to buy something bigger?
